Artworks Gallery Feb 5, 2007 to Feb 5, 2009 Showcases paintings, bronze sculptures, glass, photography, jewellery, funky furniture, and other multimedia works. Also features Northern arts such as soapstone and wood carvings, caribou hair tuftings and birchbark bitings. Changing group exhibitions feature new works by gallery artists, including paintings by Alex Janvier, Frederick R. McDonald and Carol Breen, sculptures by Brian Clark, and various works by other Western Canadian artists. Mon to Sat 9:30 am - 6 pm, Fri till 8 pm, or by appt. |

Fort McMurray Sno-Drifters Snowmobile Club Feb 5, 2007 to Feb 5, 2009 The McMurray Sno-Drifters became a club in the snowmobile heydays of 1980. We were primarily formed as a race club, and even though our focus has changed over the years, two things have remained the same. They are a true love for the sport, and a conviction that our area in the green zone is the hidden jewel for snowmobiling in Alberta. |
